Your team got together to make something great happen in the world. You have an amazing mission, right? But sometimes it’s hard to take that inspiration and get organized, inspired and moving.
Volunteer-driven teams are a great place to use the self-organization practices and tools I know. The rewards – for you, me, and the world – when you really start to come together and get stuff done are spectacular. This stuff works particularly well in non-hierarchical teams.
This is why I offer a very limited amount of my time to carefully selected all-volunteer organizations free of charge.
If you’re a member of a team who’d like help with planning and structuring your work so you get more done, and you want to work together collaboratively, without an overwhelming structure… I can help. This includes many of the same services I offer to larger organizations, sized to help you do your work. No cookie cutters here.
